APPLYING GENERAL LOAN


   Only Apex Finance (HK) Limited account holder can apply loan. To apply general Loan, submit following documents. There are two types of documents needed while applying loan. Mandatory documents which are compulsory and supporting documents which are not compulsory, but it helps to approve loan quickly and easily.

Mandatory Documents

  1. Apex Finance (HK) Account Number.
  2. Loan Application Form (Signed)
  3. Permanent HKID (if not, VISA )
  4. Job Contract Paper or Certificate of Employment
  5. Address Proof (within 3 months)
  6. Latest Pay Slip (showing Position)
  7. Latest 3 months Bank Statement
  8. TransUnion Credit Report
  9. Written consent of Two Referees

Supporting Documents

  1. Property Certificate
  2. Tax Demand Note
  3. Certificate of Profession
  4. Certificate of MPF
  5. Certificate of Donation
  6. Tenancy Agreement
  7. Educational Certificate
  8. Social Worker Certificate
  9. Recognition Certificate
  10. Guarantor Consent
